Hiring all Back of the House positions at Khong River House, Miami Beach.
From the team that brought you Yardbird Southern Table and Bar comes Khong River House.
Khong will serve up authentic Southeast Asian street fare in a rustic and comfortable, yet elevated setting which has become a 50 Eggs restaurant group trademark. Khong will utilize local, farm-fresh ingredients and rely heavily on local and regional purveyors for fresh seafood, hogs, beef and fowl.
We are currently accepting resumes for the following positions:
Sous Chefs (Asian cuisine background is a must) Line Cooks (preference will be given to individuals with Wok and Wood Grilling experience) Prep Cooks Pastry Cooks Dishwashers/Porters

Candidates must have the following qualifications:
Must have at least 2-3 years of full service/fine dining experience Must have a considerable amount of food, wine, and beer knowledge (Asian food knowledge is a plus). Above all candidates must be warm, outgoing, friendly and hospitable!
