Molyvos Established High Volume Greek /Mediterranean Restaurant seeks experienced new members to its team, Line Cooks and Garde Manger positions are currently needed to round out its kitchen staff.Strong organizational skills a must.
Responsibilities:
Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production in accordance with guided specifications while maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of similar experience in high-end kitchens or the equivalent, the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers, and executive management, a love for food, a passion for cooking, and a dedicated work ethic.
