Position Description:
Seeking an organized individual with advanced knowledge of all line stations in the kitchen to work at The Breakers, Palm Beach. The chef brigade will ensure quality preparation, production and plating of food as well as assist with direction and training of other cooks. Good communication and decision making skills are essential. Must be friendly and supportive as it relates to hotel policy and culture. Candidate must have knowledge of basic meat and fish fabrication. Candidate must also have basic knowledge of stock and sauce production. Ability to work a flexible schedule required.
