With a distinguished take on Southern dishes, Chef Tyler Brown and his team use vegetables from the period garden he created at the Farm at Glen Leven and the heritage breed beef that grazes there to create one of the best examples of sustainable Southern Cuisine in the state of Tennessee for the Capitol Grille restaurant and events at The Hermitage Hotel and various off-premise locations. The Capitol Grille is Nashville's only Forbes Four Star and AAA Four Diamond restaurant and is housed in The Hermitage Hotel - Tennessee's only Forbes Five Star and AAA Five Diamond hotel. Recently ranked among the top 10 hotels in the U.S. by U.S. News, the Capitol Grille and The Hermitage Hotel are looking to expand their team.
The successful candidates must be professional in both appearance and demeanor. Two years experience required and a culinary education is strongly preferred. Drug test and background check will be performed.
