Position Description:
Looking for dedicated, passionate, and motivated cooks willing to learn how to prepare modern cocktails in a kitchen setting at Chef Grant Achatz's The Aviary.
We are currently in search of an ice chef who will create more than 25 custom, creative, and innovative ice pairings for our cocktail program.

We are also looking for drink makers to execute drinks in our state-of-the-art drink kitchen.
