Develop your skills and techniques on the hot line and work directly with acclaimed James Beard award winning Chef Tony Maws at Craigie on Main in Cambridge/Boston Massachusetts! We have interviewed candidates and even "staged" a few. We haven't found just the right person yet. Could that be you?

We have added line positions; we are adding a Sous Chef; we are focusing on a work/life balance for cooks - the final piece in Craigie on Main being THE destination to cook in Boston! Manageable schedules that will allow you to work with the best product and a teaching kitchen - a dream come true. We need one more hot line ready cook - could that be you?
We have our 12-foot long, six-foot wide Molteni cooking suite; our quality without compromise product; and now we want you!
You MUST ALREADY:
TWO YEARS hot line experience, management experience and:
+ love food
+ utilize your lists
+ have a natural sense of urgency
+ be exceedingly accurate
+ multitask in a busy environment
+ have a positive attitude
+ have an active sense of humor
+ lead people; make your team better
+ embody respect for our craft
+ have a fanatical devotion to knife-sharpening
