The Chef will be responsible for menu planning, administrative functions, food preparation, and sanitation. The position demands creativity on a daily basis, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain the highest of culinary standards.
Solid butchering skills are a must. Knowledge of regional, seasonal ingredients and ability to work well with others are key.
Applicant should also work well under pressure, be organized, flexible, self-motivated, and have a great sense of humor.
Requirements include a minimum of 5 years full-service, high quality restaurant experience. Culinary degree or equivalent experience is also required.
