We are looking for a young motivated pastry chef or cook looking to take their career to the next level with a strong desire to learn.
1-2 years experience
desire to learn and grow
interest in local, sustainable agricultural practices
interest in whole animal butchery, bread making, pickling preserving, cake decorating
interest in foraging and going to farmers markets
A TEAM PLAYER- we are looking for someone who is looking to commit and grow. Our team is very small and we push each other very hard.
INTEGRITY- mistakes happen, we are looking for someone who is willing to take responsibility and start over.
A learning kitchen- we want to teach and help our cooks reach the next level
The ability to learn all aspects of the kitchen- from butchering to pastry and bread making
