Position Description:
Montage Beverly Hills is located in the famous Golden Triangle; just blocks from Rodeo drive, and provides the finest luxury hotel and restaurant accommodations, amenities and services for our very discerning guests.
The position is responsible for monitoring the service of the In-Room Dining line and Garde Manger kitchen. Ensure the highest quality food products are prepared and used throughout the operating departments. Consistency and sense of urgency in all aspects of the job. Stay in line with food cost and labor cost standards given by Executive Chef.
Select, train and supervise kitchen staff in the proper preparation of menu items, equipment and safety measures. High school or equivalent education required. Culinary or Apprenticeship Program preferred. A minimum of two years experience as a Chef in a similar operation.
