QUALIFICATIONS: Seeking Chef with experience to work, direct and supervise high volume banquet kitchen operations with strong hands-on prep and cooking skills and approach. Able to plan, build and manage food delivery for multiple functions. Need skills in food and labor cost control, scheduling, purchasing, menu planning, custom menu development and inventory control. Need ability to train staff and monitor company standards. Need good people skills, team-building skills, high energy and quality orientation.
