Position Description:
Executive Chef (working) position in a nationally recognized dinner house in beautiful Southern Colorado town of Pagosa Springs. We are a small restaurant group with a dinner house,casual cafe/Pizza restaurant, Wine Bar and olive oil tasting room. We feature global fusion cuisine and are seeking a Chef with that experience. Seeking only stable, goal oriented individuals with great attitude and employee development skills.
This is a seasonal economy and chef may be required to work stations as needed. Cater production is also required. A minimum of five years as established chef experienced required. We are looking for the right person to make a long term commitment. No job jumpers please. This position has a compensation package of around 40k +/- depending on experience.
