What We're Seeking
The Brasserie Restaurant is seeking a mixologist / bartender with fantastic people skills and exceptional creative talent. Our ideal candidates have experience with and / or an ability to develop a seasonal craft cocktail menu that incorporates garden fresh ingredients. We are looking for a bar chef who is able tailor bespoke cocktails to customer's requests. The ability to establish a rapport with our very loyal clientele is also essential. Applicants should therefore possess a warm and welcoming personality and enjoy interacting with guests.
We enjoy a mainly executive clientele, so a minimum of three years experience working with sophisticated clientele is a must. We require a minimum 15 month commitment and availability for a late December / early January start.
