Responsibilities:
Join a 2-3 person management team working to ensure outstanding guest hospitality as well as an unforgettable dining experience. To make this possible, we are looking for an individual who possesses a passion for people and hospitality. Must be a dynamic individual who works well with an array of different qualified personnel with the ability to apply constant, gentle pressure on service staff to produce the best possible experience for our guests.
Experience:
The successful candidate will have the following background: -Minimum of 5 years' experience in restaurant hospitality: responsibilities for guest service, labor management, people training and development. -Minimum of 2 years' experience in management with a fine dining restaurant. -Education consisting of a bachelor's degree or similar culinary degree.
