Sous Chef: Be a serious person committed to furthering your career. At least two years progressing on the job training in fine dining restaurants. Solid References. Culinary School Graduate. Necessary qualities include professionalism, outstanding communication skills, computer and organizational skills. Ability to lead and efficiently manage a diverse culinary staff. Maintain high standards set by the Chef and General Manager.
