Premiere private dining club serving seasonal American cuisine seeks chef de cuisine with fine dining experience, passion for food and attention to detail while exceeding member expectations. Culinary grad, "NY restaurant experience" and at least 4 years working in the industry required.
Team attitude, mature, good line skills and some banquet/club knowledge a must. Need to have flexible schedule. Most Sundays off. You will be assisting chef in developing new menus, ordering and staff training for a la carte lunch, dinner, wine menus and special member events as well as assisting our herb and specialty garden.
