Cook Paterson and Wayne, NJ Full Time, Part Time & Per Diem Opportunities
This position requires a take-charge individual with excellent customer service skills to prepare main entrees and other featured items according to patient menu, cafeteria, and catering needs. Responsibilities include ensuring that food items are fresh, properly cooked, and attractively garnished. Additionally, you will be required to prepare side dishes, cold production, and sauces, as well as satisfy any modified diet needs.
To qualify, you must have a high school diploma or GED and one year of basic technical training in food preparation couple with six to twelve months of previous work related experience, plus three months of on the job training and orientation. Must have certification as a food handler from the City of Paterson. Written and oral communication skills are a must.
