Looking for an experienced full time cook for dinner service (no Sundays) at Saigon Sisters restaurant in Chicago. If you are looking to work in a highly creative environment and continually learning new techniques and flavors of Vietnamese cuisine, then our kitchen is the right place for you. We need strong cooks who are passionate about this work and serious about taking this challenging job to develop their skills and advance their career. Our restaurant is a small 40 seat place so we are not looking to do mass production of food and drinks for 200+ covers a night, but focus more on flavorful and quality driven dishes with excellent pairings with our wine program. Saigon Sisters restaurant is a hidden gem in the fast growing restaurant area in the West Loop known for our unique Asian flavors with an emphasis on local and seasonal ingredients. We are an independent business that just wants to cook great food, provide great service, and build a successful business based on the talents and hard working individuals that make up our team.
