Ridgewells Catering is seeking a Site Manager with a culinary background to run a food facility at one of our school accounts. Individual will be responsible for supervising, participating, coordinating, directing and administering all phases of the food preparation and onsite service in order to maximize profit and maintain high standards and quality. The manager is responsible for ensuring that all food items are well prepared with regards to quality, consistency, eye appeal and taste.
Applicant should have a strong cooking background, at least 3-5 years experience with increasing levels of responsibility in a food facility environment, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to organize and prioritize work to meet service schedules. Individual will be expected to work in a "hands on" role alongside the staff.
Also needed are kitchen management skills in inventory, cost and quality control, hiring and training. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills are required, and should have a valid food manager?s license.
