Position Description:
The Garde Manger Chef is responsible for assisting the Banquet Chef in directing and administering the planning, preparation, production and control of event operations in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. The successful candidate will supervise and train all kitchen staff during the preparation, cooking and service of food items in accordance with established recipes and processes. Ensures food quality standards and controls of food cost and food waste are enforced.
Minimum of three years lead cook or kitchen supervisory experience required. Minimum two year Sous Chef experience required. Must have flexibile availability. High school diploma required.
