The Cheshire is the second concept developed by power duo Concentrics Restaurants and St. Louis? Lodging Hospitality Management. The Cheshire is a treasure of St Louis that started as a modest hamburger joint and evolved through the decades into a landmark restaurant and hotel.
Now, after undergoing a multi-million dollar renovation, this local treasure has been reborn. Prior to The Cheshire, Concentrics and LHM developed Three Sixty St. Louis which is continuing to receive endless accolades, including the ?Top 10 Best New Hotel Rooftop Bars Around The World? by Frommers. Concentrics Restaurants, founded in 2002 by Bob Amick and Todd Rushing, is an Atlanta-based restaurant operating group that owns, manages and develops nationally acclaimed concepts across the U.S., including Luma on Park (Orlando), Two Urban Licks (Atlanta) and their newest, The Spence (Atlanta), with Top Chef All-Stars Winner Chef Richard Blais.

We are currently looking to fill:
*Executive Chef for an Italian concept with experience in homemade pastas, and Mediterranean flavors
Requirements:
-5 - 7 years? experience with a highly respected independent or small restaurant group having reached the executive sous chef or chef de cuisine position -Culinary passion with an up to date knowledge of food trends across the U.S. -A great leader and teacher to instill passion in others -Ability to work with bartenders to develop seasonal drink menu -A proven problem solving ability
