Position Description:
Cook II - Main Kitchen - Bakery (Full Time) Produce hot and cold foods prepared to the highest standards. Graduate of accredited culinary program or apprenticeship desirable. Required skills include basic hot/cold food, pantry knowledge and good knife skills.
Three to five years as a cook of equivalent position at a premier restaurant, resort or hotel required. Food safety certification required. Eligible for Union benefit package.
