Position Description:
Sweet Basil Restaurant in Vail Colorado is now seeking a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join our team. We are opening a new restaurant and looking for a candidate to fill in the void left by advancing previous sous chef.
We are looking for an up and coming sous chef who wishes to test their skills in a challenging and rewarding atmosphere. Sweet Basil is often regarded as one of the top restaurants in the state and we need some one to help uphold and advance this standing. This position requires the candidate to be passionate about modern fine dinning trends, self motivated, extremely hard working, and to be some one who lives, sleeps, and eats all things food. We have a well rounded chef team and kitchen staff eager to produce the best food possible and we would like some one to help with future menu development and mentorship of our staff.
Candidates will be required to show a progression of positions within the brigade and demonstrate at least 3-4 years experience in kitchens of the same caliber. If you feel you fit this mold please respond and indicate your availability for an interview and staige.
