Chef De Cuisine
Responsible for the daily operations of two restaurants, and provides leadership and direction to personnel. Ensures that all recipes, food preparations, and presentations meets the Executive Chefs specifications and commitment to quality.
Tasks and Duties:
-Manages kitchen staff, assigning prep lists on an ongoing basis to ensure that all stations remain stocked and quality remains consistent .
-Actively participates as a member of the Management team.
-Maintains strong leadership and management skills working with a variety of employees at different skill levels and varied backgrounds.
-Ensures kitchen, dish, and storage areas are kept clean and organized
- Working with the Executive Chef to create menus.
