Pampas located in downtown Palo Alto is looking for a Sous Chef to join our management team. Ideal candidate should be ambitious, motivated, and professional.
Must have a hands on management style with strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate.
The Sous Chef position will assist in all areas of the kitchen. Duties include but are not limited to, execution of lunch and/or dinner service on the hot line, assist in purchasing/receiving and inventory, manage kitchen staff, recipe and menu development, and maintain a clean and safe work environment. Must have experience in a fine dining establishment, skill in butchery, and hold a current ServeSafe Certificate.
