FS Food Group is comprised of 4 unique restaurant concepts and 1 catering company Mama Ricotta's, Bad Daddy's Burger Bar, Paco's Tacos & Tequila, Midwood Smokehouse & Plate Perfect Catering. We are growing inside and outside of our market very soon and we have an immediate need for a Sous Chef in Charlotte, NC.
Ideal candidate must have experience working for established, successful Restaurant Groups. Candidates must have 5 years of relevant industry experience in a high volume fast paced environment with a proven track record with food quality and food and labor cost control. We will only look at Sous Chefs who have formal culinary training and show stability within their resume. Must also have solid references from superiors and co-workers alike.
We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits package. Package includes a five day work week with higher than industry average yearly salary, bonus plan, we pay 100% of employee's health insurance and offer paid vacation.
