All applicants should be passionate about high quality food and service, experienced in managing staff and customer service, enthusiastic team players, highly organized and excited to translate fine dining service standards to quality and able to remain professional and effective in stressful situations
Duties include supervising front of house staff, ensuring consistent high quality of beverage and customer service, training and development of staff, controlling costs in all of the basic and major areas
Excellent compensation package commesurate with experience 5 day work week, health insurance, limited paid time off, paid vacation time
