A new concept restaurant opening summer 2012 at the famous Lodge at Pebble Beach, is seeking a full time Sous Chef.
This position will ensure the highest quality preparation and presentation of fine cuisine for the New Concept Restaurant, which will have eclectic, international dishes prepared with wood roasting and open flame cooking. Excellent cooking, supervisory and sanitation skills required. Knowledge of all stations. Some computer knowledge helpful. Minimum six years of restaurant, resort or hotel experience and at least two years experience as Sous Chef. Food safety certification required.
