Be a part of a new restaurant opening steps from Millennium Park and cultural institutions! We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative Executive Chef for our soon to re-open renovated restaurant. We are looking for someone with Italian and Mediterranean style experience who focuses on fresh seasonal ingredients. Pre-theater and high volume experience is preferable.
Position Responsibilities:
-Development of Market sensitive menu concepts, recipes and trend forward stylized food presentations.
-Continually researches new methods, recipes and products to create cutting edge ideas to implement.
-Coach and mentor to culinary employees through ongoing on-going feedback, teaching and implementing change in a professional manner.
