Position Description:
Seasonal: Mid-July through Mid-October. Number of people to cook for: 24 (including staff) Number of meals to prepare: 3 meals per day, 7 days per week.
Guests arrive and leave on Saturdays. While there guests fish for Silver Salmon and Steelhead, hunt ducks, geese, and big game - bear and moose.
Fresh, high quality meats, Alaskan seafood, vegetables, fruits, herbs and spices are flown in weekly. Fresh salmon is available in unlimited quantities.
Duties: Help Chef as needed with food prep, serving, etc. Keep dining room stocked - coffee station, snacks, teas, condiments Keep dining room and observation lounge clean and organized Sweep and mop kitchen, dining room, and observation lounge daily as needed
Skills Needed: Must have Culinary Arts experience Must be comfortable in isolated setting in remote wilderness

Salary: $2,000/mo, plus tips (usually about $1200+/mo), room and board.
