Needed: Experienced Chef de Partie and line cook for a fine dining, cutting edge American restaurant in Washington, DC - Equinox. 2 years professional experience necessary. Take this opportunity to learn under the direct supervision of Chef Todd Gray, a 5 time James Beard Award nominee.
