Critically acclaimed Equinox restaurant in Washington D.C. hot spot seeks an Experienced Sous Chef looking to prove themselves through hard work and determination.
Responsibilities to include: maintaining ordering, monthly inventories and training of Line Cooks and Prep personnel.
We are seeking a candidate with similar experience in high-end kitchens or the equivalent, the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers, guests, and executive management, a love for food, a passion for cooking, and a dedicated work ethic.
