Critically acclaimed Equinox restaurant in Washington D.C. hot spot seeks an Experienced Sous Chef looking to prove themselves through hard work and determination.
Responsibilities to include: maintaining ordering, monthly inventories and training of Line Cooks and Prep personnel.
We are seeking a candidate with similar experience in high-end kitchens or the equivalent, the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers, guests, and executive management, a love for food, a passion for cooking, and a dedicated work ethic.

This cumulates in imaginative yet perfectly comprehensible balanced cuisine. The decor is simple and unfussy. The colors are muted earth tones. There are many different rooms to experience within the restaurant from the atrium to the private wine room.
