A popular Mexican restaurant in Stowe Vermont is looking for a skilled ambitious chef to be part of and lead our culinary team. The restaurant is an authentic style Mexican restaurant specializing in exciting cutting edge from scratch menu. offerings with an emphasis on locally sourced meats, fish and vegetables. Responsibilities would include; purchasing quality ingredients, over -seeing the preparation of dishes for an expanding menu as well daily specials. Inventory and cost control. Hiring and training of kitchen staff.
