Position Description:
Martis Camp Club, North Lake Tahoe's Premier Private Club is looking for a qualified candidate to take control of the production of breads, pastries and confections. This candidate must maintain the highest level of organization, efficiency, cleanliness and professionalism in our kitchen.
This candidate must possess the following qualities:
1. 5 years baking and pastry experience in a fine dining atmosphere 2. Advanced understanding of breads, doughs, and pastries 3. Strong communication skills 4. Must work week-ends and holidays 5. Must be able to read and write English 6. Must be able to lift 50lbs 7. Must have reliable transportation for both summer and winter conditions.
Qualified candidates will be required to pass a drug screening. Wage is dependent on experience.
