This exciting career opportunity consists of cooking for a pastry shop display case in addition to a new bistro with 60 seats. Applicant will be working under renowned cooks Chef Philippe Rispoli and Baker Boris Villatte. Rispoli has worked with culinary forces such as Daniel Boulud and Pierre Orsi in addition to his previous positions at well known fine dining establishments throughout the world such as Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France. Rispoli teamed up Baker Boris Villatte, formerly the executive baker at the Wynn Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada to open PB Boulangerie Bistro in Wellfleet, MA. Vilatte has served as assistant to perhaps the world's most preeminent bread bakers, Frenchman Eric Kayser and Alain Ducasse. He has consulted and opened many bakeries for Eric Kayser around the world. Come join our talented and enthusiastic team!
