Position Description:
Pastry Chef Under the direction of the Executive Chef, the Pastry Chef is responsible for the creation of unique and innovative desserts and pastries for all dining areas of Manursing Island Club. In addition to daily pastry duties, the Pastry Chef shall also assist the Culinary Department in their daily tasks, thereby functioning as part of the Culinary Team and contributing to the overall continued growth and prosperity of Manursing Island Club.
