Position Description:
We are opening a new restaurant with a wood burning oven this winter. The menu will focus on and serve local farm driven food. We are seeking talented and experienced Line Cooks. Position Requirements: At least 1 year of related STABLE experience as a Line Cook in a fine dining restaurant Must have strong sense of urgency Must have be a team player and have strong communication skills Must have basic computer and math skills Willing to work a flexible schedule and holidays If you meet the qualifications, we welcome you to submit your resume and cover letter.
