Shintaro, in the Bellagio Resort, is seeking an experienced Sushi Cook. Must have at least two to three years experience working in a high volume restaurant as a sushi cook. Must have previous experience preparing japanese sushi rolls. Excellent knife and sanitation skills are necessary.
