In a town renowned for power dining, BOURBON STEAK's creator, Michael Mina and Executive Chef Adam Sobel have created distinctive lunch and dinner menus sourced from the East and West Coasts to offer a culinary experience that delights DC's most discerning diners. The restaurant features contemporary American fare with a focus on seasonal ingredients, as well as Mina's award-winning butter-poached meat and poultry and classic seafood dishes.

We require demonstrated dedication to service, hospitality and excellence in every candidate that joins us. We ask that our staff be committed to improving their food and wine knowledge, inspiring and delighting our guests, and providing the best service experience in DC.

Responsibilities:
Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production in accordance with guided specifications while maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of similar experience in high-end kitchens or the equivalent, the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers, guests, and executive management, a love for food, a passion for cooking, and a dedicated work ethic.
