Position Description:We need a chef for our resort in Maine. We're open June through August. We have about 130-150 guests each week and 75 staff, 25 of whom work in the kitchen. We serve three meals a day, American Plan. We love really good food and have streamlined our menu so that what we serve, which is on a weekly rotation, can be creative, upscale cuisine. As an example, Monday dinner might be a choice of two entrees, such as Pan-Asian Style Grilled Chicken Breast with honey-ginger sauce or Pan Roasted Atlantic Halibut with horseradish-potato crust and a light herb sauce. Thursday night is a traditional Maine Lobster or steak dinner. We pride ourselves in serving 4-star New York restaurant food in the relaxed atmosphere of a Lakeside Lodge in Maine. Our resort has been featured in The New York Times and on CBS Sunday Morning. Recently, there were write-ups in Bon Appetit and The Boston Globe. Our staff works hard, but we leave time to enjoy ourselves.
  
Company Profile:We are a full american plan summer resort on Lake Kezar in southern Maine, We have max 150 guests and a staff of 78, 25 in the kitchen. We are known for our fine food and great musical entertainment (Broadway, Opera, Chamber Music etc.) Our kitchen is well equipped and we work hard and still have fun!
