Looking for an energetic and motivated Pastry chef with lots of ideas! Must have ability to supervise, participate, coordinate, direct and administer all phases of the food production in order and maintain high standards and quality for the Pastry and Bakery Department. Develop new dessert menus seasonaly for two restaurants. A minimum of five years in the pastry field is required. And a degree from a culinary arts program is preferred.
