The restaurant manager will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining operations of the Barking Frog Restauraunt and Fireside cellars. Specific duties include meeting and exceeding budgetary goals as it relates to revenue. The manager will recruit and develop team members, and implement training programs for the Barking Frog and Fireside Cellars. Additional responsibilites include ordering supplies, wine, beer, liquor, and linens for the outlets. Duties also inclue monthly inventory of all F & B products, scheduling, and ensuring that all policies/procedures are followed. Ensuring management presence on the dining room floor during peak business hours is also key.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organization skills. Ability to work under pressure and prioritize is also very important. Extensive wine knowlede and experience managing employees in a fine-dining environment is crucial.
