The group behind Falcon, Pearl Dragon and VODA have formed a partnership with Bon Appetit Magazines Chef of the Year, Alain Giraud, to open Anisette, a brasserie in Santa Monica.
Anisette has opened to rave reviews. We are now seeking a passionate, hands-on, organized General Manager. The ideal candidate is a hospitality oriented professional with a commitment to excellence, a strong work ethic and a love for great food and wine. Candidates MUST be detail oriented with excellent financial, operational, staffing and scheduling skills. The ability to deal with a high paced, large volume, quality brasserie style operation is a must.
