The successful Sr. Sous Chef candidate will be responsible for Mission Steakhouse, our upscale dinner steakhouse, reporting to the Executive Chef. This person will have an excellent understanding of and experience running the kitchen in addition to a passion for culinary trends. They must be a great cook and have 4 years management experience- preferrably as a Sous Chef or Exec. Sous. Must have excellent leadership/organizational skills, culinary graduate and ability to manage diverse associate population. HOTEL EXP OR SIMILAR EXP IN UPSCALE FREE STANDING STEAKHOUSE ENVIRONMENT IS PREFERRED.
