Position Description:
Responsible for all aspects of the Food and Beverage operation including Restaurants, Lobby Lounge, In-Room Dining and Banqueting in accordance with hotel standards.Must have 5 or more years of Food and Beverage management experience in a luxury full-service environment, plus strong catering experience.Proven leadership abilities and a vision for quality and excellence in food and beverage operations and managing the business, budgeting, productivity management, and growing revenues.
