Position Description:
Organize food and all other items that are ordered. Keep store room area clean at all times. Correctly match Purchase Orders to invoices. Notify supervisor of all shortages from vendors. Person will be responsible for accurate receiving of all Banquet food items. Date and properly rotate products, staying organized and keeping all areas neat, safe and functional. Must be able to lift heavy weights. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
