Historic Montana hotel looking for a working Executive Chef with strong banquet skills. Individual will be running ala carte restaurant and banquet facility for weddings, private parties and other events up to 300 guests. Must be able to prepare food and labor budgets, forecast sales, and set long term goals. Strong communication and team building skills required.
