The area combines the history, heritage and culture of the American West with unparalleled year-round outdoor recreation on the Missouri River. Seating up to 200 including bar and dining room seating. The menu offers authentic pastas, wood roasted pizzas, gourmet salads, Italian classics, sandwiches and daily Chef features. Banquet / Catering center has moderate sized room for meetings and social events. Space can accommodate up to a group of 175. Space has 2 well equipped executive board rooms.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Seeking Chef with two years previous kitchen management experience. Must be able to supervise high volume line and banquet kitchen operations. Must have strong hands-on line skills. Need skills in food and labor cost control, scheduling, purchasing, menu planning, custom menus, and inventory control. Need ability to hire, train and develop staff and Sous Chefs. Must be able to monitor company standards. Need good people skills, team leading skills, high energy, good food safety practices and quality food orientation.
