We are looking for an enthusiastic, self motivated, creative and fully qualified WORKING chef to run our kitchen, catering and "to go" selections. As a 35 year established restaurant we are looking to elevate our customer's dining experience. In addition to the restaurant we have become known as a leading caterer. Our events include but not limited to: corporate functions, residential cocktail receptions, weddings.
The successful applicant will have previous experience:
Managing a kitchen
Setting menus and food pricing
Ordering and monitoring supplies
Attention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated culinary expertise. We want someone with creativity and passion to help us produce innovative dishes and enhance the overall dining experience for our customers.
