The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations. The position demands excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced bar/restaurant environment. A great opportunity for an AGM or junior-level manager to take the next step and put their mark on a well-established restaurant.
Applicant should also work well under pressure, be organized, flexible, self-motivated, willing to work long hours, and have a great sense of humor. Supervisory experience would be beneficial as well.
Requirements include a minimum of 3 years full-service, high quality restaurant experience. Management/hospitality degree or equivalent experience is also preferred.
