Position Description:Two time James Beard nominated chef, and owner of Spanish River Grill, seeks experienced Sous Chef/Line Cook for Txokos Kitchen, a new Basque concept in Audubon Park District. Minimum 5 years kitchen experience and Culinary degree preferred but not necessary. Knowledge of Spanish food a plus. Must be able to work nights and weekends.
  
Company Profile:Two time James Beard nominatee, Chef Henry Salgado, owner of Spanish River Grill, opens his new restaurant in the East End Market in Orlando, Florida. Txokos Kitchen is a Basque inspired concept, with an urban garden, open kitchen and wood burning Asador grill. A frequently changing seasonal menu reflects what can be sourced locally and sustainably.
